Our Delivery Cold Chain

We at JP Klausen take pride in sourcing quality seafood products from around the world and delivering it to our global customers. In this way we ensure the best quality seafood are delivered straight from the sea to our customers while ensuring the best possible quality.
As soon as we get a request from one of our clients we start scanning our network for a suitable supplier from Alaska to New Zealand. Once a fishing company responds affirmatively, we place an order and they start the fishing process, which ends in their local factory where the fish gets processed to our client's specifications. The next step is shipping the product to the client for final delivery. This largely depends on the location of the client and requirements, and is planned in consultation with our client. The last part of our delivery cold chain is making sure the product arrives at the client's warehouse on time, whether by road or rail. Throughout this process we keep constant contact with the relevant handler to ensure a smooth delivery.
