Surimi
J.P. Klausen & Co. A/S is a dedicated supplier of a wide range of surimi base, directly from different origins around the world.
Species used: Alaska Pollock, Southern Blue Whiting, Hoki, Pacific Whiting, Threadfin Bream (Itoyori), Lizard Fish (Eso), Croaker (Guchi) Big Eye Snapper (Kinmedai).
Being a member of the Nippon Suisan group, we have access to a wide network of experience and supply, in order to give all our surimi partners the best possible support in their daily operations.
HGT, H&G products
We sell a large variety of headed and gutted (H&G) and headed, gutted and tail off (HGT) fish. This product is also sometimes referred to as ‘Dressed Fish’ (Eviscerated fish with head and tail removed).
These type of products are generally sold as block frozen or interleaved and with some high value species as IQF/IWP.
The typical species which we offer as H&G or HGT are; Alaska Pollack, Hoki, Southern Blue Whiting, Hake, Mackerel, Cod, Squid, Nototenia, Ling & Red Bait.
Fillets & Portions
Through our dedicated worldwide network we offer a steady supply of fillets and portions from a wide variety of species, including: Alaska Pollock, Hoki, Cod, Blue Whiting, Saithe, Pangasius/Basa, Hake, Monkfish, Smooth Oreo Dory, Black Oreo Dory, NZ Sole, Yellowfin Sole.
These species are available in various forms ranging from interleaved FAS, IQF twice frozen, portions/loins. Utilizing our Chinese office ( JPK China ) we have the flexibility to design products specially to your requirements for size, shape, form, packing, glazing.
Fish blocks
Fish blocks are a central product group in the J.P.Klausen & Co A/S product range. The fish blocks are either standard specifications or tailor made to special requirements. J.P.Klausen & Co A/S represent over 20% of the total global whitefish quotas spread over a multitude of species with the main ones being : Alaska Pollack, Hoki’s, Hake’s, Southern Blue Whiting with qualities ranging from FAS, single land frozen and double frozen production.
Full fillet, Loinless, B&P and Mince blocks combined with the wide range of species makes the J.P.Klausen & Co A/S fish block range one of the most comprehensive in the world.
