Fish blocks are a central product group in the J.P.Klausen & Co A/S product range. The fish blocks are either standard specifications or tailor made to special requirements. J.P.Klausen & Co A/S represent over 20% of the total global whitefish quotas spread over a multitude of species with the main ones being : Alaska Pollack, Hoki’s, Hake’s, Southern Blue Whiting with qualities ranging from FAS, single land frozen and double frozen production.
